Welcome, Welcome and Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Thanks for joining us for day two of our hop.
If you are here from Melissa's blog then you are in the right place.
If you are here just because you love me that's awesome
but you should really start from the beginning at Angela's blog!
Since this is a 2 day hop I have projects and CANDY for each day!
I am giving away 2 $10 gift cards to Joann Fabrics
1 card each day of the hop.
I will be using random.org to pick my winners and here is the fun part!
You can win both days! If random.org likes you, then random.org likes you!
To win you just have to comment on one day or both to better your chances,
and be a fabulous follower of my blog!
Super easy!!
Did that intro look a lot like yesterdays? If so then you are correct! LOL!!
I didn't want to rewrite it!!
So if you are still with us on this fine Sunday morning
I am gonna assume the dark beer and "Irish car bombs" did not get the best of you!
Now on with the show!
This is my first and last attempt at making a corset card.
This is supposed to be the back view, hence the tattoo. (That part I actually)
The sentiment on the inside of the card is super cute.
I am just to so sure about the rest.
It was a learning process and I do have a friend that will love it.
If you have any tips on how I could maybe improve the bodice please, suggestions are welcome!
Now on to Michelle's blog! Happy hopping!!
Top 'o the morning to ya, Lassie. Your Irish card brings back fond memories of the Emerald Isle, so ready to go back to find a pint. You're a bit frisky with that corset ... mine I wrapped around a kegger and partied the night long.

I think you did a good job with the corset. I saw it in my email and thought- what a neat idea before I even looked close enough to fully see what it was- just noticed the eyelets and ribbons to start. The only suggestion I have is that I believe most corsets tie at the bottom and I don't know if that would have been a look you would have preferred.
ReplyDeleteI love this card!! Great job with it. Love the tatoo., the only thing I think is it looks a little narrow (this coming from me who has a waist of 25 inchs lol) I would have gotten frustated with tieing it.
