Our Last JME Creations DT Post :(

As 2011 comes to end so does this stint of the JME Creations Design Team.
This was my first experience with a design team and it was AMAZING!
Thank you Jamie for having me. It was truly a great experience.

For my last post I decided to ring in the new year with a nice little Bo Bunny card.
I love this paper! I always feel like I am cheating when I do a Bo Bunny card.
They seem to kinda just make themselves.
Seize the day is perfect for the New Year!
I hope everyone does seize the day to start the new year off right.

Don't forget to check out the other girls post at JME Creations!

Soccer Thank You Cards

I have decided to abandon my "Tips For Tuesday"
in hopes to find something new for the new year.
I will let you know when I find it!

So soccer is not even close to being one of my favorite things.
(Huge understatement by the way!)
My husband asked me to make 12 thank you cards for the soccer league he chairs on.
(I think that is how you put it)
Not liking soccer, this is always a challenge for me.
So here goes nothing!

I used a Me & My Big Idea's Stack that I found at Michael's
The soccer balls are Recollections brads
I used my Cricut to make my grass tag then I doodled it.
My sentiment is CTMH.

So that is it.
Hope I some what scored with it.
Have a crafty day!

and

Tips for Tuesday!

Ribbon Ornaments!

Super quick and super easy Christmas gift!

Recipe:
Glass or plastic clear ornaments
any ribbon you want
(double sided or sheer works best)
stickels or pearl pens

just remove the top of the ornament
and push the ribbon in.
This makes for a super quick home gift!

I had to make a Saints ornament for my husband.
He is a huge fan.

JME Creations Design Team Post! Christmas Time! A Winner too!

Christmas time is coming! Are you ready?
If not, you have 6 more days! You can do it!!

Christmas time, a time for family, friends, and holiday parties.
What better to wear to a Christmas party then a little red dress?
What better place to stand then under the mistletoe?

My recipe:
DCWV-All Dressed Up
Greeting Farm's Flirty Anya
CTMH sentiment
Sophisticated Cricut Cart
Copic's
Twine
Glossy accents

This was "take 2" with my Copic's, man I can't wait to take some classes!!
I love this Greeting Farm stamp, in fact I love all their stamps!
They are super cute and great for Copic's.
After I colored little Flirty Anya I used some glossy accents to spice up her flower, dress and shoes.
I think she looks pretty spiffy!

My mistletoe was created using my Teresa Collins Sophisticated Cricut Cart.
I didn't have a cart that actually cut mistletoe and to be honest I wasn't even sure what it looked like.
I ended up Googling mistletoe and my TC Cart was the perfect solution.

I really hope you enjoyed my card!  I sure do!

Now for a winner!

Friends Always!

Some friends that you make, you make for a life time.
I have been friends with two of the girls in this layout for almost my whole life.
Our parents were friends and our grandparents were friends.
It has been a bond that has stretched through out the years.

These pictures were taken this summer at a family BBQ/mini reunion.
I love my friends so much, and I love that our friendship has stood the test of time.

To make my layout,
I used some lovely Kaisercraft paper from the Chapter One collection.
This is probably my most favorite collection of their's.
All my embellishments are Color Bok, including the flowers.
I used two different Cricut carts in this layout.
Gypsy Wondering for my tags,
Lyrical Letters for my Friends Always.

This is the first project I made using my new Gypsy and I love it!
I don't know how I ever lived without it!

Thanks for stopping by today!
Happy crafting!

Tips for Tuesday! Guest Tipper!!

Good Morning Crafty Friends!

I'm here to share with you a little tip today for my friend Shannon's Tips for Tuesday!

Ever need to add a little color to your project?

Missing a little something, but don't have the right bling color?

Do you have a regular colored pearl? Well pull out your Copics and color one to match your design!

I tried this the other day and just loved the result! You will too! Ta da!!

If you have tried this or colored them with something other than Copics let us know!

We would love to hear what else works!!!

Thank you  Little Miss McVic for being a guest on my blog.

Everyone make sure you stop by and show Kacee some love on her blog.

She has some awesome stuff on there.

JME Creations Design Team Post! Snowman Anyone!

Welcome my bloggy friends to my JME Creations snowman post.
Winter is coming, are you ready?
This is how I like my winter, on paper!

I hope you enjoy my latest DT post!

This card consists of the new Bo Bunny!  I saw it and fell in love!
I used my Gypsy Wondering Cart to make the outline of my snowmen.
I bought my buttons and snowflakes from Joann's.
I used Lyrical Letters Cart for my tag.
The sentiment is CTMH.
Of course I had to throw in some Twine for my accent.

It took me a few days for playing before I came up with finished product.
I hope you all like it!
Happy December and Happy winter!
Check out JME Creations for all the other fun snowy projects!

Owls Thank You!

Here is a quick owly post for all you owl lovers out there!
I won some candy from my blog buddy Cindy Lou
and she sent me these cute little owls as extras.

I took my Scrap Happy Glue and my You're So Fine Glitter
from the Rubber Cafe to make my little owls shimmer!
My how I love their glue!

I added some twine that matched my owls,
and some recollections bling too!

This is just a nice simple little card and I love it!
