I am so pleased to be a part of this hop!
Without a doubt I thought it was the coolest idea ever!
Heather is so lucky to have an awesome mom to come up with such a wonderful idea for a fabulous gift!

Now on to my layout! I hope you like it!
I love music and for my wedding album I wanted to save the memory of the first dance.
I absolutely loved our song and I had a great idea for a layout so I recreated something similar for this hop!
The bride and the groom chose the song "Lucky" by Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat. A super sweet song
for their big day. I printed up the lyrics on vellum and
and added some embellishments. All that is missing is
that special picture of their first dance.

I hope you enjoyed my idea!
Since the theme of this hop is love I thought I would give away some LOVE candy!

Here is a bunch of fun stuff to make a cute Valentines mini or anything you wish!
To win all you have to do is show me some love and be a follower of my blog that live the continental US!
I will choose a winner on Tuesday the 31st using random.org!

Now on to your next stop!
The very talented Lisa!!

Hidden Treasure From 2011 Take 3

The Great Out Doors

Another scene from the beautiful Olympic Game Farm.
There were so many bears running around! I loved it!
What was even better is that they were TV bears and all trained to do tricks.
NO JOKE!!
They smiled, waved, and yawned which makes them look like they are growling.
I can't even tell you how cool it was.
We bough loafs of bread to feed to the animals
we most have went through two on the bears alone!

My recipe:
Imaginisce
My Momenta

Pretty simple layout with the Imaginisce paper and the simple embellishments.
The pictures speak for themselves.

Hobby Lobby Spoils!

HOLY HOBBY LOBBY

For years and years in our small little town we have only had Michael's and Joann's.
Don't get me wrong, I love both stores very much but now, NOW,
WE HAVE A HOBBY LOBBY!!
Even though it is about 45 minutes away on a good day we have one!
Today was a our first road trip and I could not be more pleased for two reasons;
1-It is the bomb!
2-It is 45 minutes away!
If that place was anything closer holy cow I would be beyond broke!
I am thinking this needs to be a quarterly event.

Here are some of the spoils from today's awesome trip!
With the Three Scrapateers Alisha, Kacee McVic and me!

At any rate the Hobby Lobby was as amazing!
I can not believe all the goodies I found at such great prices!
They had the best sales I have ever seen on name band paper and so much more!
They had Bo Bunny, Echo Park, Crate Paper, My Minds Eye and a ton more.
Thank you Hobby Lobby for a truly awesome experience!

Hidden Treasure From 2011

All for the love of a monkey

I found this layout hanging out in my summer fun file.
I can't believe I never posted it before!

My friend Alisha loves her some monkeys,
so when we went to the local fair we play lots of games in hopes to win one.
I think in the end we ended up paying a carny $5.00 for one.
Is that cheating?

At this point it has been soooo long I have no idea what paper I used to create this.
I do how ever remember some other fun stuff!

I used some Bakers Twine
The pennants are my Unity Stamp Co. Stamps
My monkey pictures down the left hand side are made by my Epiphany Craft epoxy shape maker.
(Which I love by the way)

I think for the rest of the week I will be show more "hidden treasures" from 2011.
I need to get my craft mojo in gear again. December really took it out of me.
I hope to have some new stuff really soon.
