JME Creations Design Team Post! And A WINNER!!

For the digital blog hop please scroll down one post.

A design team post with color.
Purple, Green, Orange!

This is pretty much my first Halloweeny post of the season.
I used my cute Michael's $1.00 stamps to make my little Vamp and sentiment.
I busted out the Martha Stewart blood punch for my orange border.
And I IROCK'ed my Vamp's eyes.

Simple post for a simple card.
I think it turned out pretty cute though.

A Little Owl Love

Here is another JME Creations design team post!  I this project was all about the owls.
I had a few options of what I could do.  Did I want to use my Cricut or stamps?  I decided to go with stamps.  Here is what I came up with.

My owl stamp was purchased from the $1.00 bin at Michael's.  I used some Bakers Twine, my IROCK, stickels, glossy accents, and my Martha Stewart punch to create this card.  OH....I almost forgot the googly eyes!!
I approached this card a little different then I normally do.  I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with the stamp itself.  I stamped the owl three different times and went to work.  The first imagine I thought I would color.  I didn't like it.  Since I already new I wasn't going to use that image I used it for all the other ideas.  I couldn't decide what color Stickels I wanted to use so I tested it on my messed up image.
(This is a great idea for my Tips for Tuesday!!)
I used glossy accents for the tree branch and the sentiment.  I used a pop up dot to adhere the stamp.
I really like the way this card turned out.  I was more then a little iffy at first.
